Compared to the industry standard of 1 in 50, every single pair of Balega socks is hand inspected by our dedicated quality inspection team to ensure they meet our highest standards of craftsmanship and quality. Our sock inspectors take great pride in their work. That is why they are featured on the stickers of each pair of socks they inspect.

    We offer a 1 year limited warranty on all Balega socks

  • What is Balega shipping policy?

    We do our best to ship all in-stock orders within three business days. We do not ship over the weekend or on holidays. Our standard ship method is UPS SurePost. Transit times are based on your distance from our warehouse in Durham, NC and will arrive within 5-10 business days. Shipping is available within the 48 Contiguous States only. We are unable to ship to Alaska and Hawaii

  • How does Balega handle returns and exchanges?

    Returns: Balega accepts returns of all products purchased on our site within 30 days of the original purchase date. Please send the product to the address below with a copy of your original order information and a brief note that includes your contact information.

    Exchanges: Balega offers a one-year warranty on all of our products against manufacturer’s defects. Products deemed defective may be sent to the below address with a copy of the receipt within this period for replacement only.
